Priced at an affordable $25000, the 2007 Civic Type R (Japanese) is powered by a Honda K-series engine that produces 225hp @ 8000rpm and 159 lb-ft of torque @ 6100rpm. Unfortunately, production is limited to just 400-cars per month. Couple more pictures and a video after the jump.
The 2010 Honda Insight will be priced at under $19,000 and will go on sale in 2009. It's powered by Honda's IMA system, albeit a extensively refined version to make this the most affordable hybrid car ever. This reduction in cost has not been brought about by compromising the quality of the Insight, instead the Japanese manufacturer has tasked its engineers with finding more intelligent cost reduction solutions.
Think of the Honda Civic Mugen Si as a styled version of its standard 4-door counterpart. Featuring Mugen springs/dampers for a stiffer ride, forged aluminum wheels, aero package, a sports exhaust system, and summer tires. Video and more pictures after the break.
